We are very grateful to have lots of community support each year to pull off a ten-day fair. Each year we are blessed with sponsors, volunteers, non-profits, school groups, 4-H, the Coweta County sheriff’s department, local bands and, of course, Kiwanians.

We’re very grateful for the volunteer support we receive from many of the organizations that we help with funding from the fair proceeds. These volunteers come out and help us sell tickets, work in the exhibit hall and information booth. If you truly want to learn about the fantastic work these organizations are doing for our community, just ask them what organization they are with and what they are doing for our children. It’s fascinating.
Speaking of fascinating, take a walk through the Ag building. The kids and families that are involved with 4-H are very dedicated and smart. Ask them what they’ve done to earn the ribbons on the cages and animals.
Kiwanians work year-round to bring the fair back each year, with quality entertainment, clean family fun --- and all to benefit this community in which we live. Come visit our meetings anytime throughout the year. We meet at the Newnan Country Club every Tuesday at noon.
